Refer your Friends to Text4price and receive one free entry into a quarterly prize draw for each one that successfully registers as a full user.

1. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over who are fully registered and verified users of Text4price except employees or their immediate families of Text4price.
2. A registered and verified user is defined as a user who has fully completed the registration process including replying to the verification email sent by Text4price. If a user is registered but not verified, there will be a status message at the top of the 'My Settings' page when the user is logged on.
3. All entries must be received by 11.59pm GMT on the last day of the current quarter in which the competition is running. For details of the current competition dates see refer a friend competition page.
4. Multiple entries of the same person's details will not be allowed and may result in immediate disqualification of the registered user from the draw.
5. Referred participants who have not completed the registration process by the end of the quarter will be carried over as entries for the next quarter only, and will only be eligible once they have completed the full registration process.
6. Each winner will be drawn at random using an independently verified automated system. The first prize winner will be the first person selected randomly.
7. Each winner will be notified by email within two weeks of the competition closing date for that quarter.
8. A total of four prizes, worth £250.00 will be offered during the promotional period. The promotion can be terminated at any time by Text4price but any referrals made during a quarter will be eligible for the draw at the end of that quarter regardless of whether Text4price has announced the end of the competition during the quarter.
9. No cash or other prize alternatives to those stated on the website are available.
10. Prizes will be sent via post to the winners within 2 months of the draw, providing the winners have given a valid UK postal address within 1 month of the competition end date.
11. All winners names and counties will be available 1month after the end of the promotion, upon request from Text4price. Letters must be addressed to: Refer a Friend winners details, 14 Treforest Close, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN25 2DE.
12. If you enter and win a prize in this promotion you are agreeing to participate in related publicity activity, if requested by Text4price.
13. All entrants must read and accept the Terms & Conditions via the check box on the promotional registration page.
14. Text4price's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Text4price does not accept responsibility for any entries not received, delayed or corrupted due to technical issues or for any other reason.
