Ironing Machine that slashes chores.

The Driron device from Fagor, the European maker of dishwashers, stoves and washing machines, looks like a fridge-freezer and will cost around £1,070 when it is available in the UK.

The drier takes two hours and all garments come out dry and neatly pressed, the system also comes with a drawer for small items that don't need to be ironed, like undergarments and socks.

Clothes are slotted in sideways on hangers including shorts and T-shirts which need to be weighted down.

Inserts fit neatly inside dress shirt sleeves to ensure that even the sleeves are properly pressed.

What next? A drier that can microwave your dinner at the same time?
