It’s a good idea to take some precautions like these.

Take a photo of your address book with your digital camera so that if you lose it you’ve a better chance of getting it back.

Also, before you leave, email yourself with all the important information such as the flight details and your passport and driving licence numbers.

That way, if your bag or wallet goes missing, all you need to do is find an internet café, log on and you’ve got all your details to hand.
